Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Processing time is different from the delivery time. All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Our shipping charge is a flat rate of $7.95 on everything up to $49.99. (Shipping is free on all sales that total $50.00 or more within the US)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

FedEx & USPS may be used as back up carriers, if necessary, but will not change the time or cost of shipping
Generally, the total time of processing & delivery is usually 3-4 business day
Delivery delays from any of these carriers can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Buffy's Home ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
International Shipping Policy
International Shipping outside the Us/Canada is available. Offered shipping rate is calculated by the UPS carrier. Processing time is 3-5 business Days. Processing time does not include Shipping time. Shipping is approximately 3-6 business days.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Our Company (Buffy's Home) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Possible Damages due to Shipping
Buffy's Home is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
