My Story

 

Hello, my name is Chanta, better known as Buffy.

Like many during the pandemic, I’ve experienced a lot of transition.  I’m the wife of a Senior Pastor and the mother of three children. At the time my oldest was going off to college, it just seemed like the perfect time to find my passion and turn it into a business. In the past, I've been a wedding coordinator who always handcrafted all the flowers and decorations.

One day my sister asked the question, "Hey, can you make a door wreath?” Without hesitation, I replied, “Of course, I can!” I figured; how hard could it be? But little did I know, I would develop a love for designing handcrafted wreaths, and customers would love receiving them from me! I merged my love for handcrafted wreaths and home décor with my extreme love for making hand-poured fragrance candles. It was the perfect match! From that point, Buffy’s Home LLC was officially launched in 2021. I have to say, I’m very proud of the success, repeat customers, and rapid growth in such a short time.

The best part for me is the initial response or the look on their faces after receiving their first Buffy’s Home item. It’s important to me that my customers always experience that “Wow Factor” that’s followed up with a product that is long-lasting and beautiful! Doing things with excellence is my motto for doing business.
